It’s New Year’s, so that means I’m watching the Sci-Fi Channel’s “Twilight Zone” marathon. Currently, they’re on the episode “Dead Man’s Shoes,” where a vagabond steals a murdered gangster’s shoes, and then becomes possessed by the spirit of the crook.
So … here’s the first poll of the New Year: Let’s say that you could put on the shoes of one of the current top women’s college hoops players, and you’d be able to play just like her. (Note: This doesn’t involve her dying or you becoming possessed.)
You don’t get to change your physical size … you just get her skill. In other words, pick somebody whose shoes likely would fit you. So if you’re 5-2, it probably wouldn’t be a great idea to pick a center, get it?
*-Just for the record: The AP voting on Sunday night probably didn’t take any of the voters very long, as there were so few games to take into consideration.
My poll was pretty similar to the week before, except for bringing in UCLA and dropping TCU.
